"Jessica and Sarah were extremely helpful in setting me up with my policy. They both helped me through the process of getting my departed grandfathers home insured. They were always prompt in answering my questions and returning calls. The only negative I had was in regards to underwriting. I think the underwriting process should take into account the unexpected loss of a loved one when a home is inherited that has repairs needing to be done. If the client is showing progress and working towards making those repairs, giving an extension for just a couple weeks should be doable. Unfortunately, underwriting gave me around 30 days to complete the repairs after having lost my grandfather a month prior. Jessica and Sarah both worked hard on trying to get an extension for me and although it was to no avail, I do so appreciate all the hard work and effort they put into helping me through this hard time. The five stars are simply for the office staff and their outstanding customer service. Thank you again!"
